Phra Nang Beach (Princess Cave Beach) – if only…

Krabi has many beaches, but it can be roughly divided into two areas. The areas are Phra Nang Area and Ao Nang Beach Area, and I’m going to show pictures of Phra Nang Beach which is in Phra Nang.

Phra Nang is an area that is inaccessible land, so in order to go its beaches, you have to take a boat. But it takes about 15 minutes from Ao Nang Beach or Ao Nam Maow, so it is not very hard to go there unless you bring a big suitcase.

Even if it is a little bit hard, I think it is worth going to the Phra Nang Area because there is an area that is surrounded by beautiful nature.

Now I’m going to talk about Phra Nang Beach a little.

The beaches name, “Phra Nang”, means “Princess”, its name came from “Princess Cave” which is located on eastern edge of the beach. That cave has been dedicated to a goddess named “Phra Nang”(Princess) And local fishermen worship her.

Therefore, this beach is also called “Princess Cave Beach”.

It sounds like they have some beautiful things, but you, especially travelers with children should be careful.

Indeed, this beach is as beautiful as its name’s image. But the inside of Princess Cave has a lot of substances that are the exact opposite of its name’s image. It looks like they are growing rapidly from the ground and the top of that … never mind. I can not to describe that.

I’m not sure why those things are in there? Does it mean this Princess likes those? I don’t know what she thinks about. but when I saw those things, I rolled with laughter. (I’m sorry for the local fishermen)

If only it were different name…

I’m going to show a picture of those things at the end of this page, but , anyway, I think that Thailand is a really mysterious country.
